MAP’s fiberglass board products are made of inorganic glass fibers bonded with a thermosetting resin. With a heat and pressure process, these fibers are molded into a flat pressed MA-Board of various thicknesses and densities.

Using state-of-the-art robotics and water jet cutting technology, our compression molded panels are designed and manufactured to your unique specifications. Uses for our flat-board product line include acoustical treatments for office partitions, tack boards, wall/ceiling panels and appliance insulation. Any construction can be developed depending on the sound frequencies trying to be controlled. See the table below for noise reduction coefficient (NRC) data, and to determine the ideal construction for your project.
