MAP-Waffle Board
MAP Waffle Board is fine fibered, high density molded acoustical board, formed with uniform indentations of a pre-designed waffle pattern. The waffle pattern consists of 3/16" deep indentations tapering from a nominal 1/4" diameter to a nominal 1/8" diameter to a nominal 1/8" 1/8" diameter on 1/2" centers. The waffle area has a 3/4" wide border around it's perimeter. This product is specifically designed to be used as an acoustical laminate in construction with a light density backing board and perforated glass cloth facing, resulting in a finished product NC-3AP Acoustical Navy Board conforming to Mil Spec. MIL-A-23054.
